These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Delta Shipping LLC’s (“Delta Shipping”, “Delta”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) vehicle shipping brokerage services. By using our services, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. SERVICES

Delta Shipping provides vehicle shipping brokerage services, connecting Customers with licensed carriers or transporters. We facilitate the transportation of vehicles from one location to another, but do not own or operate vehicles or equipment.

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle(s) to be shipped
• Ensure the vehicle is in good condition and properly prepared for transport
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding vehicle transportation
• Pay all fees and charges associated with the shipment

4. SHIPPING TERMS

• Delta Shipping acts as a broker, not a carrier
• We do not guarantee delivery dates or times
• Customers are responsible for picking up the vehicle at the destination or arranging for delivery

5. FEES AND PAYMENTS

• Delta Shipping charges fees for its services, as agreed upon in the Brokerage Agreement for each vehicle shipment
• Fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated
• Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms for vehicle shipments

6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

• Delta Shipping is not liable for damages, losses, or claims arising from:
  • Vehicle damage or loss during transport
  • Carrier or transporter actions
  • Customer errors or omissions regarding vehicle shipments
• Customers indemnify Delta Shipping against claims, losses, and expenses related to vehicle shipments

7. TERMINATION

Delta Shipping may terminate services or the Brokerage Agreement with a Customer for vehicle shipments at any time, with or without cause.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or litigation in Sheridan, WY.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Delta Shipping and the Customer regarding vehicle shipments.

10. AMENDMENTS

Delta Shipping reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

By using Delta Shipping’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
